Your key activities will be:

– Design, manage, and contribute to the development of new features and applications.

– Working with team to optimize performance (velocity, burndown, quality, successful product review).

– Day-to-day management of developers

– Coordinate release management activities

– Be available to be hands on with development where required

– Provide technical thought leadership and help evaluate emerging technologies and 3rd party products

– Promote the agile process within the team

Technical skills should include:

– RESTful APIs and web services

– Git

– Python

– Flask or similar framework for building APIs

– Good skills with data related technology

– Run test automation, analyse results, and report findings to the team for investigation and resolution.

– Testing experience in Javascript or Python.

– Experience of working with Selenium, Cypress, Postman

– Testing experience with BDD.
